This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Snakerun ("the App", "we", "our", or "us")
regarding information collection. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Voluntary Information
- Nickname: You may optionally provide a nickname for the leaderboard.
We do not verify the accuracy of nicknames and accept no responsibility for nickname content.
- Game Scores: Scores are stored locally. If you use the leaderboard,
scores are transmitted to our servers at your discretion.
Automatically Collected
- Purchase Status: Apple handles all transactions. We only receive
purchase confirmation, no payment details.
Information NOT Collected
We do NOT collect:
- Personal identifying information
- Device identifiers or IDFA
- Location data
- Analytics or tracking data
- Contacts, photos, or other device data
Data Use
Information is used solely to:
- Display leaderboard rankings
- Process purchase verification
No Guarantees
WE PROVIDE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING DATA SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY.
LEADERBOARD DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND MAY BE LOST, MODIFIED, OR DELETED
AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple's StoreKit for purchases. We are not responsible for Apple's data practices.

Data Retention
- Local data remains until app deletion
- Server data (leaderboard) may be deleted at any time at our discretion
- Free user entries expire automatically after 3 days
No Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:
- Data loss or corruption
- Unauthorized access to data
- Any damages arising from data practices
- Third-party actions
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for removal.
Your Choices
You may:
- Not provide a nickname
- Uninstall the App to delete local data
- Contact us about server data removal (no guarantee of timing)
Changes
We may change this policy at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
