1. Acceptance

BY USING SNAKERUN ("THE APP"), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP. YOUR USE OF THE APP CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
AVAILABILITY OR RELIABILITY
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
FREEDOM FROM ERRORS OR BUGS

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
- (a) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
- (b) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
- (c) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE
- (d) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT
- (e) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple Inc.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE except as required by applicable law
We are not responsible for Apple's billing practices
Prices may change without notice
We do not guarantee availability of premium features
Premium features may be modified or discontinued at any time

6. Leaderboard

Leaderboard is provided as a courtesy feature with no guarantees
Rankings may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable
We may modify, reset, or delete leaderboard data at any time without notice or compensation
We are not responsible for lost rankings or scores
Free user entries expire after 3 days - NO EXCEPTIONS

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the App illegally
Cheat, hack, or manipulate scores
Use automated tools or bots
Create offensive nicknames
Interfere with App operations
Reverse engineer the App

VIOLATION MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Upon termination:

Your license is revoked
No refunds will be provided
Your data may be deleted

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of others

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the App or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may discontinue the App at any time without notice or compensation.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

For consumers in the EU: You may also have the right to submit disputes to an alternative dispute resolution body. See the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
