Repeat the banned prank and catch the prankster.

The Deputy Head, a duck in a suit, bans a prank. That means somebody has already pulled it. Do it again, follow the trace they left and find out who it was.

The Duck the Rules logo over a pile of school things, with five classmates sitting on it: a punk on a skateboard, a girl with spray paint, a boy flashing a peace sign, a boy with a paper plane and a girl with a book

Follow the case from the ban to the culprit.

One school week, one ban at a time. These are clips from the game itself.

1

Read the ban

Every day the Deputy Head, a duck in a suit, pins up a new ban on the board.

2

Spot the note

Every ban comes back crossed out with a note: somebody already did it.

3

Repeat the prank, find the trace

Do it yourself and look around. A note with a class on it, wet footprints, a hair.

4

Cross out the innocent

Study your classmates for the same details and strike the wrong faces off your suspects' wall.

5

Hand over the Duck's sticker

Give it to the one who is left. You have one school week, and a wrong guess ends your day.

Cross out the innocent.

Twenty-two classmates, and every one of them is a suspect. Tap a photo to strike it off, as you do on the wall in your hideout.

22 suspects left

Mess around while nobody watches.

The whole school is a sandbox, with a little physics and a little stealth.

Watch the counter

The number at the top shows how many people can see you. The janitor and the Deputy Head patrol the school, and a prank they catch doesn't count.

Set a trap

A bucket by the door, and the whole class dances.

Ride indoors

A skateboard works in the halls, and so does a bike.

Walk on walls

Put on the sticky sneakers and climb.

Take a mission

Missions send you around school, like finding a skeleton's bones.

Do whatever you want

  • Tag the walls and bathroom stalls with markers
  • Flood the bathroom
  • Shove the desks around
  • Throw paper balls
  • Grab anything that isn't nailed down

Watch the whole case in 71 seconds.

The trailer, filmed by the game itself with its own sound.
