Everything in Kvadratiki is addressed by a pair of numbers. To move, to place a square, to solve anything at all, you have to name the cell — so X and Y stop being an exercise and become the only way to say where something is.

It runs directly in any browser tab with nothing to install and no account to make, which is what makes it usable in a classroom on whatever machine happens to be in the room.

Coordinates stop being homework once you have to walk through them.
