Welcome to Planner A2. By using our service at lets.engineering/plannera2 ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Planner A2 is a free web-based yearly planner application that allows you to:

• Create and customize yearly planners for A2 and A4 formats
• Add text notes and icons to daily cells
• Set monthly and yearly goals
• Import events from Google Calendar (optional)
• Generate and download PDF files of your planner
• Use multi-language support

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful materials
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. You are responsible for the content you add to your planner.

4. Google Calendar Integration

When you choose to connect Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to access your calendar data in read-only mode
• You can revoke this access at any time through Google Account settings or within the app
• Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to this integration
• We are not responsible for Google's services or any issues with calendar synchronization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by lets.engineering and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. You may download, print, and share your planner PDFs as you wish.

The Service uses third-party libraries and resources:

• Lucide Icons (ISC License)
• html2canvas (MIT License)
• jsPDF (MIT License)
• Google Calendar API

6. Disclaimers

6.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

6.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Your data will always be available (it's stored locally in your browser)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lets.engineering shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Data Backup

Your planner data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We strongly recommend:

• Regularly downloading PDF backups of your planner
• Not relying solely on browser storage for important information
• Being aware that clearing browser data will delete your planner content

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change features or functionality
• Update these Terms

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
