Asset Haus — Brand Identity Concept
A pitch concept for a real-estate tokenization platform. Instead of a static brand book, the identity system was delivered as a working landing page — every component shown in real context, side by side with its variations.
This entire page serves as a live demonstration of the brand identity system, seamlessly woven into a functional landing page with diverse content blocks and interactive elements.
Overview
Approach
The brand book is the website. Every part of the identity is shown in the place it would actually live — property cards next to dashboards, the business card next to mobile screens, the pattern next to the data visualisation that uses it. The client sees how the system holds up across surfaces in one continuous scroll.
An interactive Brand Element Constructor sits in the middle of the page so the variations of the brand mark can be generated and previewed without leaving the deck.
Brand Identity
Brand Colours. Three tokens, used everywhere.
Typography. Inter Black 900 for headlines, Inter Regular 400 for body. Serif accent (italic display) used selectively in the hero word "Realty" to soften an otherwise blunt sans-serif voice.
Pattern system. AH Brand Pattern, AH Pattern Inverted, and an Isometric City Grid that doubles as both surface texture and iconography source.
Brand tagline. "Build Your Future, One Token at a Time."
Components Delivered
The deck includes every reusable surface the platform would need:
- Brand Element Constructor — interactive generator with controls for card type (Image / Banner), detail level, and building shape (Tower / Twisted / Pixel / Needle).
- Property Card — price, yield %, image, title, "View Property" CTA.
- Article Card — category tag, headline, excerpt, "Read more" link, date.
- Business Card — printed-format identity sample (Yuriy Bruskov, Brand Designer, Czech Republic, contact).
- Mobile App Screens — Home (Total Balance + Properties + Recent Activity), Search (filter chips by region/type), Property Detail (Buy Tokens, APY, supply).
- Data Table & Growth Chart — region/value/growth table and a multi-year value chart for $12.5B figure.
- Ad Creative — "Invest in Real Estate. From $100." compact ad block in brand voice.
- Iconography — isometric grid set used across the page.
Why a live page, not a deck
A static brand book answers "what does the system look like?" It does not answer "does it actually work in a real layout?" By delivering the concept as a functional landing page — header, hero, How It Works, Featured Properties, Partners, Contact, footer — the client immediately sees the identity in production, not in a vacuum.
It also doubles as a working artefact. If the client decides to move forward, the front-end is already a starting point.
