Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy covers the website lets.engineering and the internal publishing tool that the studio uses to post its own short videos to social networks, including TikTok. Mobile apps and games published by the studio each have their own privacy policy, linked from their pages on this site.

1. Who is responsible

Iurii (Yura) Bruskov, an individual, Prague, Czech Republic, operating under the name lets.engineering. Contact for privacy questions: [email protected].

2. Website

The site is a portfolio. It has no accounts, no comments and no sign-up forms. It uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and measure page performance (page address, browser and device type, approximate location derived by Google from the connection, and page-speed metrics). We use this only to understand which pages work and to improve the site. If you write to the contact email address, we keep your message and our reply for as long as the conversation needs.

3. Publishing tool and TikTok

The studio runs a small desktop tool that publishes the studio's own original videos (showcases of apps and games it builds) to the studio's own social media accounts. The tool is operated only by the studio owner. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

When the owner connects a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and approves access, the tool receives from TikTok:

Permissions requested from TikTok are limited to reading the basic profile, uploading a video to the account's drafts and publishing a video the owner has reviewed and confirmed. A video is sent to TikTok only after the owner explicitly confirms that specific video, its caption and its privacy setting.

Tokens and publication records are stored in files on the owner's own computer. They are not placed on this website, not shared with third parties, not sold and not used for advertising or profiling. We do not read or collect your messages, followers, watch history or other users' data.

Retention: tokens are kept until the owner disconnects the account or they expire; the tool then deletes them. The owner can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app's settings (the list of connected apps and permissions) or by asking us to revoke it; after revocation the tool can no longer act on the account.

The content of published videos is original studio material. TikTok's own Privacy Policy governs how TikTok processes data on its platform.

4. Legal bases

Website analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site. Publishing tool: the account owner's own consent, given when connecting the account, which can be withdrawn at any time. Correspondence: legitimate interest and, where relevant, steps taken at your request.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by Google (analytics) and, for the publishing tool, exchanged with TikTok for the purposes described above. Email is handled by our mail providers.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).

7. Children

The site and the publishing tool are not directed at children.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
