Terms of Service
These terms apply to the website lets.engineering and to the studio's internal publishing tool. Apps and games published by the studio have their own terms, linked from their pages.
1. Operator
Iurii (Yura) Bruskov, an individual, Prague, Czech Republic, operating under the name lets.engineering. Contact: [email protected].
2. The website
The site presents the studio's projects and services. You may browse it and link to it freely. The text, images, videos and code on the site belong to the operator or are used with permission; please do not republish them as your own. The site is provided as is, without warranties, and the operator is not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
3. The publishing tool
The publishing tool is a private utility used by the operator to post the studio's own original videos to the studio's own social media accounts, including TikTok. It is not a public service: it has no customers or other users, and the operator does not offer it to third parties.
- Every video is sent to a social network only after the operator explicitly confirms that specific video, its caption and its visibility.
- The tool posts only content created by the studio. It does not copy content from other platforms and does not add watermarks or branding of its own to videos.
- The tool follows the terms and developer policies of each platform it uses, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Developer Terms and Content Sharing Guidelines, and the platforms' limits on posting frequency.
- Access to an account can be revoked at any time in that platform's settings.

4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors or use it to break the law.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services (app stores, social networks). The operator is not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. They are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
