You'll Have to Stop By

In this elevator, if you accidentally press the floor number there's no way to cancel it.

Problem

You go to the right floor and will have to stop by the wrong one.

Solution

There are Soviet elevators where there's a 'Stop' button that cancels all floors and opens the doors.

Seems simple: just take and add another function to the door opening button - cancel all floors. No way. Imagine this situation: a business center, an elevator with a capacity of 13 people, 10 people got in, pressed their floors, and here comes someone rushing to the closing door... The outcome is clear: everyone, press your floors again in this jam.

What to do? I noticed that when people are standing in elevators waiting for someone, they hold the door opening button constantly pressed. So why not make the delay longer than 1 second for holding the doors, and shorter - cancel all floors + open doors... I'll stop here for now. Maybe there's a better option...
